LEADERSHIP TEAM

The Leadership Team at Victim Services of Windsor & Essex County helps guide the work of the organization and supports the people who provide care to victims of crime and tragedy.

The team understands that every situation is different. They work to make sure victims and their families receive care, support, and information when they need it most. They help the organization respond to incidents and make sure people can connect with the right services.

A key part of this work is building strong relationships across the community. The team works closely with local first responders, including police, fire, and emergency services. These strong working relationships help ensure that victims can receive support during and after an incident.

The Leadership Team also helps connect victims with counselling, medical care, and other community services. By working with many local partners, they help bring the right people and services together.

Their work is focused on one important goal: making sure victims are heard, supported, and connected to the help they need. Through teamwork, care, and strong community partnerships, the Leadership Team helps Victim Services provide support when people need it most.
